Misty Wood’s puppies will come with a limited AKC registration and a puppy kit which includes a sample of their food, a toy, and a folder with helpful information for your new puppy. They also come with a copy of the parent’s clearance tests and pedigrees. The puppy will be wormed at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age and have their first puppy vaccine around 6-7 weeks old. They will be registered with AKC and microchipped (registered with AKC Reunite) by me for the new owner. The puppies will be examined by a veterinarian at 6 -7 weeks of age and receive their first puppy vaccine. Limited delivery available at an extra charge. I require a puppy questionnaire to be filled out to be considered for one of my puppies. I can email this to you once I have your email address. To promote responsible breeding, all of our puppies are sold on AKC Limited Registration. Limited Registration means that the puppy is eligible for registration and can compete in agility, rally, obedience and hunt tests, but not in conformation. If you are wanting a great pet then this registration is of no big concern.  I can ship the puppy via cargo but prefer not to do this option when there are other option like me delivering the puppy, a flight nanny, or ground transport. I know a couple great transport companies but you must be flexible with dates. I can also meet up to 3-4 hours for a fee at the rate of $75 per hour travel one way from my farm to the meeting location. For example, to meet in Springfield MO it would be $225 and to meet at St Louis airport it would be $300. I can go further but that would be a special arrangement because I would need to get someone to look after the farm for me and feed the animals. All these arrangements would need to be made ahead of time and must not interfere with puppy pick ups at my farm that are already scheduled. 

This boy is being offered for $1800 and I require a non refundable $500 deposit to hold this puppy until a pick up date can be scheduled. He is being discounted because at the vet exam they only found one testicle. It may or may not drop which is why he is being discounted from my normal puppy price. 

What comes with your puppy

Our puppies are $2500 (includes deposit fee) with a $500 non refundable deposit. (all puppies born after 1/28/24)

Your puppy comes with the following:
* Copy of both parent's AKC pedigrees
* Copy of each parent's health clearances
* Information on feeding and raising your puppy
* List of puppy supplies you will need to raise your puppy
* Puppy toys to go home with a Snuggle Puppy (yellow, black, or brown) to help with the puppy's adjustment to a new home (a $40 value)
* Puppy will be microchipped ($50 value)
* Microchip will be registered with AKC Reunite in new owners name ($25 value)
*Your puppy will be registered with AKC in new owners name on limited registration ($40 value)
* breeder support for the life of your puppy
* breeder will take back the puppy for any reason if the new owners can not take care of them no matter the age of the puppy/dog
* free 30 days of puppy insurance through Trupanion or AKC Pet Insurance (new puppy owner needs to activate it)
* sample of the food the puppy is currently eating (3 lb. or 6 lb. bag) Purina Pro Plan Puppy chicken & rice (not shredded) or Purina Pro Plan Performance 30/20 if they are older puppies ($20 - $30 value)
